What a Wide Variety of Experiences

First of all I have to get something off my chest.  I still can't believe that the damn Liberal Liars got a majority.

I feel better now that I said that.

Over the past two weeks, Karen and I have been living life wide.

On June 14th I attended the Session Craft Beer Festival in downtown Toronto.  It was held at Dundas Square which is an amazing venue for this festival.  I don't think it was well attended however because our sales really didn't add up well.  Not sure if we will go back into it.  One thing that did piss me off was the 4 hour f&%#ing drive home.   It seems that Toronto is preparing for the PanAm Games next year by widening every road into Toronto, hence construction EVERYWHERE.

The next day, Karen and I went to Mexico on a Fam Trip to see the Palace Resorts.  WOW what a trip and the Palace Resorts are amazing.  Other friends (Travel Agent frients) that went are Bruce, Anie, Sarah and LeeAnna.

While in Mexico we did a WIDE variety of things.

Day One we did a tour of the Moon Palace (all three areas; Sunrise, Nizuc and the Grand)  What a gorgeous resort.  We had an outside dinner that night on the roof of one of the buildings.

Next day Bruce and I went golfing on a Jack Nicklaus designed course.  BEAUTIFUL!

On the Tuesday, we went to Cozumel Palace and Playacar Palace.  Again great resorts.  Cozumel is a wonderful place for scuba vacations.  We also did a Tequila tasting there.  That was fantastic.  Playacar is right off the 5th Avenue strip in Playa del Carmen.  Again a very cool vacation spot with a wonderful beach.

On Wednesday we went to Le Blanc Spa and Resort for breakfast.   One of the best breakfasts that I have every experienced.  Damn it was good.  We were back by noon to the Moon and Karen, Bruce and I had a meeting with the Sales Director about Golf Vacations.  It went very well.

Rest of the day was play time in the pool.  Lots to drink and laugh about.

On Thursday we went to the Beach Palace and then the Sun Palace.  Again, WOW.  We then went on a yacht over to Isla Mujeres Palace.  I felt like Bond, James Bond.  What a cool island, authentic Mexico.  Very tropical and quiet and you could visit Canteenas at night and we rented golf carts the next day to explore the island.  Very cool.

I would recommend these resorts to anyone.
